Ordering
What is your typical turnaround time?
It depends on the complexity and volume of the project. Digital print jobs are typically completed within 2–3 business days, while larger offset runs may take 5–7 business days. We always work to meet your specific deadline.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For digital printing we can handle very small quantities, even single items. Offset printing typically has a minimum quantity to keep it cost-effective, which varies by product. Contact us for specifics.
Can I see a sample before the full print run?
Yes. For most projects we provide a digital or physical proof for your approval before going ahead with the full production run.
Design & files
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes. Our dedicated team of professional graphic designers can help with everything from logo creation to complete branding and layout for your printed materials.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer high-resolution PDF files with all fonts embedded and images at 300 dpi. We also accept AI, EPS and PSD files. If you have questions about preparing your files, our team is happy to help.
Payment & delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver across Trinidad and Tobago. Delivery fees and times depend on your location and the size of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques and online bank transfers.
